Elephant Stew
1 large Elephant
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Rabbits if desired
  Take 1 large elephant, kill, clean and cut meat into small cubes, this will take about two month's. Put in large kettle and simmer over a kerosene heat at 465 degrees for 14 weeks, or until tender.  Make gravy to cover meat.  This recipe will feed about 3,685 people, If more meat is needed go ahead, add the 2 rabbits.  (use rabbits only if necessary as few people care for "Hare" in their stew)

Old Old Weight Watcher Muffins
1/3 cup skim milk or powder milk
3 TBS Flour
1 egg white
1 tsp baking powder
2 pkg. artificial sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
1 small apple grated or 1/2 cup pumpkin or 1/2 banana
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
  Mix well-spray muffin tin or use papers.  Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees.  Makes 1 serving (6 muffins)
"Eat Them All" 

Pita Pizzas  
1/2 cup thinly sliced roasted red bell peppers
1/4 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds or dried oregano, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper 
1 ounce reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 ounce Gruyere cheese, shredded (about 2 tablespoons) 
2 whole-wheat pita breads (4 inches)
8 teaspoons bottled tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
   preheat broiler.
In small bowl, combine red peppers, fennel or oregano, salt, and pepper. in second bowl combine mozzarella and Gruyere.

Separate each pita bread into 2 flat rounds. Place rounds, rough side up, on baking sheet. broil 4 inches from heat until golden brown around edges, about 1 minute. Remove from broiler. 

Spread 2 teaspoons sauce over each pita, covering edges. Spoon 2 tablespoons red pepper mixture over each pita. Sprinkle with cheese, dividing equally, then add onion in rings.

Broil until cheese is melted and pizzas are hot, about 2 minutes.
